Sending documents from Lacerte to DMS opens local version of Lacerte DMS

Due to how printer mapping works, the DMS Printer on your local computer is creating a conflict with the DMS printer on the virtual server. To fix this problem, you will need to uninstall Lacerte DMS from your local computer: 1. Go to Start-Control Panel. If you are on a Windows XP Computer, double-click on "Add or Remove Programs". If you are on a Windows Vista or 7 computer, double-click on "Programs and Features". 2. On the list of applications, locate "Lacerte DMS". Double-click on that option to begin the uninstall process. 3. Follow the prompts to uninstall Lacerte DMS from your computer. 4. Once you have uninstalled Lacerte DMS from your computer, you will need to reboot your computer. 5. Once you have rebooted your computer, attempt to send a file from any version of Lacerte to Lacerte DMS. | |
