For those in the shared environment for Simply Cloud9, if you need to toggle to other versions of QuickBooks, we have a toggle server available for you. To get to the toggle server you will need to login at https://toggle.cloud9realtime.com.

*To be a toggle server the qbw.ini file that holds several of the startup settings for quickbooks needs to be unlocked. This will keep the last user logged into the version of QuickBooks. This is not someone who tries to access your file. If you notice that there is a name that you do not recognize and you are logged into C4 this is the cause. Once again it is the Version of QuickBooks not the company file.*
