To adjust the fine alignment settings for your printer in QuickBooks:

1.    Be sure your printer is connected to your computer, turned on, and in a ready-to-print status.

2.    Select the QuickBooks File menu and select Printer Setup.

3.    Click the Form Name drop-down arrow and select Form Name .

4.    Click the Settings tab and make the following selections:

o    Click the Printer name drop-down arrow and select your printer.

5.    Click the Align button.

6.    Make the necessary vertical and horizontal alignment changes in the Fine Alignment window.

7.    Click the Print Sample button to preview your changes.
