QuickBooks - Set a Default Invoice in QuickBooks

Set a Default Invoice in QuickBooks:

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to "Lists" on Menu Bar
  3. Click on "Templates"
  4. Right Click on non-used invoices and select "Make Template Inactive". (You should have only one active invoice template.)
  5. Go to Invoices and you will see the one active template as active.
