Intuit Security Certificate Expiration

Attention Cloud 9 Real Time Clients Applications that access certain websites from Intuit have a security certificate that expired 12/8/11 and may pop up with a certifcate warning when accessing these applications. Intuit is aware of this issue, and is working to resolve it, please be aware that this will not impact the security of your files on our system, and you can select "Yes" when you are prompted whether you wish to continue with the certificate error. We are aware of a compatibility issue with Thinworx and the newest release of Safari that came with OS X 10.7 Lion. The issue appears to be affecting only the Safari browser. Please bear this in mind when deciding if you want to upgrade to 10.7 or updating Safari. Thinworx continues to work fine with Firefox, so if you've upgraded your Mac, please download Firefox and use that until our Thinworx engineers can resolve the issue with Safari. For clients using cloud9login.com to access the e-Dashboard or other programs, you will be prompted to download and install this update to your computer. This is essential so you can continue access to the portal. This update will allow clients who use Mozilla Firefox 4 or Internet Explorer 9 to be able to access the online portal. This also fixes several server-side and end-user bugs. For clients using myvirtualportal.com to access the e-Dashboard, you do not need to install this update to your computer.
