This weekend, we will be installing the Thinworx 5.1 update to the cloud9login.com domain. For clients using cloud9login.com to access the e-Dashboard or other programs, you will be prompted to download and install this update to your computer. This is essential so you can continue access to the portal.

This update will allow clients who use Mozilla Firefox 4 or Internet Explorer 9 to be able to access the online portal. This also fixes several server-side and end-user bugs.

For clients using myvirtualportal.com to access the e-Dashboard, you do not need to install this update to your computer.
